Park Mobile

Park Mobile has an in-house design team but hired Wunderman Thompson to give it a fresh look and provide solutions to some problems they were having. These included: encouraging advanced reservations for parking, making parking passes easier to access and use, and redesigning their maps, among others. Using current user analytics, app store reviews/ratings, personas, user interviews, and thought boards, I developed great solutions to their requests.

ParkMobile is a mobile and web app providing parking payments in North America. Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, users can pay for on-street and off-street parking via app on their smartphone, web browser, or through calling a phone number.
